Professional Learning Series
Build your understanding and skills in the science of learning, leadership, equity, and innovation through our fun and memorable professional learning sessions. All series consist of up to three sessions, and can be facilitated in-person or virtual, live or asynchronous.

Teacher Induction Programs
What better way to onboard teachers into your district than with a solid foundation in the science of learning? We work with each district to customize a teacher induction program that prioritizes unique culture, strategies, and goals of the district while establishing a strong understanding of how students learn and practicing research-based strategies for engagement.
Teacher Leader Fellowship Program
This immersive cohort teacher leadership training program empowers talented teachers and coaches from districts across PA and NJ with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to emerge as leaders in instruction, professional learning, and community-building in their districts. The program includes three full-day sessions in person during the summer at the Fluxspace, four 1-hour sessions virtually throughout the school year, and one book related to the brain and learning.
Customized Consultation Services
Getting an outside perspective from a trusted partner can catalyze meaningful change. We provide customizable consultation services to help you strategically and sustainably meet the goals of your organization. Services include district professional development planning, creating vision and mission statements, relationship-building with board members and key stakeholders, project direction, and grant-writing.
Think Tank Innovators Program
Transforming practice effectively takes buy-in from all levels. In this program, a core group of teachers and administrators work collaboratively as a think tank to identify common student needs, understand the brain science behind those needs, and innovatively apply research-based strategies across the school or district with support from Professional Learning Partnerships staff.
Individual & Small Group Coaching
Sustaining change is more achievable with a partner. We offer individual or small-group coaching for teachers, administrators, district leaders, and organizational executives to deepen understanding in brain science and strengthen skills in teaching, curriculum design, and leadership.
Student & Family Programs
Build awareness about the brain and learning for students and their families. Help families understand why your district is using strategies that are supported by brain science to maximize learning and growth mindset for their children. Sessions can be facilitated in person or virtually.
Brain Lessons for K-12 Students
Give students the chance to explore current science about their brains and how they learn. Students debunk key myths about learning, and gain metacognition strategies that help them understand themselves better as learners and as people. Sessions are interactive, hands-on, and customized for age of students.
Brain Family Nights
Parents, caregivers, and families of your students learn key ideas from brain science that help them support their children’s growth, learning, and development. This creates common language with families, and helps them evolve their understanding about how the science of learning has changed since they were in school themselves.
